Best Auto International supplies genuine and OEM automotive spare parts for European vehicles.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change, discontinue, limit, or update products, prices, descriptions, specifications, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for reference purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item supplied.

Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product ordered is compatible with their vehicle.

Vehicle parts may vary depending on model, year, chassis/VIN number, engine code, specification, and OEM part number.

Where possible, customers should provide the relevant vehicle details and OEM part number before ordering.

Best Auto International is not responsible for incorrect purchases resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Pricing or product information contains an error
  • Payment has not been received or verified
  • There is a suspected fraudulent transaction
  • The customer has provided incomplete or inaccurate information

Where an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, duties, or other charges may be included or added depending on the order and delivery destination.

Payment

Available payment methods may include:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery for eligible orders
  • Other payment methods that may be added from time to time

For Bank Transfer orders, processing will begin only after payment has been received and verified.

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders and delivery areas. Orders outside Colombo may require an advance payment before confirmation.

International orders require full payment in advance before processing and dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, product availability, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Best Auto International is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

No refunds are provided for products that have been used, installed, fitted, modified, damaged after delivery, or show signs of attempted installation, unless a verified manufacturing defect is covered under an applicable warranty.

Faulty or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, unless a longer applicable warranty period applies.

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and the terms of the relevant manufacturer or supplier warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Best Auto International will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use, installation, misuse, or incompatibility of a product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that automotive parts are fitted by a suitably qualified technician.
